Touched By A Ghost Girl

Back in the early 90’s, I lived in a 2 story house with my 2 young daughters and my boyfriend. It’s in a little town in Pennsylvania. My boyfriends family were some of the oldest families in that area.
I had let my girls outside to play in the side yard while I was doing the laundry. I could hear them outside playing as I was folding laundry in the laundry room. So I hunkered down to finish folding the clothes in front of the dryer. As I was hunkered down I felt a small hand on my shoulder and heard a little girl’s voice say mommy. I turned around thinking it was my youngest,only to find nobody there. So I went into the kitchen to look out the window and saw both my girls playing outside.
When my boyfriend came home from work, I asked him if a small child had ever died in the house,which had been in his family for ages. He said he wasn’t sure but he would ask his dad. At the time, his mom had a room upstairs that she had stored a lot of things. Some of the boxes contained pictures from back when my boyfriends family had run a store and gas station back in the ?1930’s?? Not sure of the dates. As I was looking through the pictures of the house and store, I came across a picture of a young girl, laying on a table dressed in a white dress in the house I was living in. I found several more pictures of the girl in front of the front door, on the table. I then realized that she was dead and the pictures were of her wake. This was long before funeral homes.
Finally, my boyfriend came home with the incredible story that his father’s aunt had lost a daughter to influenza. She was around 6-7 at the time of her death.
Apparently I had a visit from the little girl many years after her passing.
