Shadow Family On The Highway

I am a delivery driver. I had a long day and was on my way home after ten hours of delivering. It was late and I was tired. I was driving along Highway 80 in Hyden KN. A fellow driver who is a buddy of mine was following behind me. We were chatting on the CB to keep ourselves awake. As I came up over a rise, I saw what looked like a family of shadows. They looked human, but they were only shadows. I could clearly see the solid blackness of their shapes illuminated in my headlights. I could tell that they turned their heads to look at me. They just kept walking across the road and didn’t change pace. Like I didn’t even matter. I locked my brakes up to stop. I nearly wrecked my truck. My buddy thought I had lost my mind. There was nobody there. It scared me so bad I had to pull over. I know I was worn out from a long day but, I was wide awake.
